| Bio: | I grew up in Stevens Point, Wisconsin and returned in 2003 after living in northern Virginia for three years where I studied the ways of the eastern devils. I'm a Dotcom survivor, and am presently employed full-time by EDS working on a contract for MCI, my previous employer. I rode the rollercoaster from UUnet all the way through to MCI before they decided to contract SUN support to EDS and sent us over with our systems. It's been a crazy four years, and I'm hoping the ride can end soon. I was raised, and remain a University brat. Recently I completed another year's progress towards my BA after a four year absence from the education system. I'm enrolled at the University of Wisconsin - Stevens Point, seeking Honors in Philosophy. My tentative plan is to go to law school somewhere after I'm done with undergrad, but it's probably just as likely that I'll end up stuck doing something computer-related, or freak out and start my own business. Most of what little free time I have is devoted to brewing and beer-drinking, old-fashioned pencil and paper gaming, and the study of Systema, a Russian martial art. With the advent of warmer weather and the end of the semester I've added gardening to my list of regular pursuits. Hopefully I'll get around to doing some reading and watching a few movies, as my to-read and to-watch lists grew very long while I was wrapped up in coursework. | ||||
